MIC2199YML Overview
Capsuled in the 12-VFDFN Exposed Pad, 12-MLF? package, the switching controller suits most application needs. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tray. It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control operates at 4.5V~32V and has a 4.5V~32V supply voltage. Suitable for a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher. Switching can be done at 300kHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. To provide efficient switching control, Enable is included in the dcdc regulator. In addition to "MIC2199", there are other relevant dc to dc converter ics you can find. There are only 12 pins on switching converter. As determined by the test statistics, the output voltage of DC regulator is 800mV. You should note down the dc dc regulator's usual output current of 20A when you start a project. The duty cycle of the voltage regulator dc to dc can be set to 85 % on power-up or power-down to ensure reliability. DC switcher's Surface Mount makes it qualified for most application and prototype designs. DC switcher'sDC regulator has a maximum frequency of 330kHz. At -40°C and above, dc regulator should be kept. DC regulator should run at a temperature 125°C higher than 125°C. A supplier dc dc controller package of 12-MLF? (4x4) would be used for this part. An output current greater than 20A cannot be provided by the dc switcher. There is 1.6mA supply current for it.
