MIC38C45AYM-TR Overview
Capsuled in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 7.6V~20V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. There is a switch at 500kHz that can be used with this controller. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Frequency Control for efficient switching control. MIC38C45 can be searched for other relevant dc to dc converter ics. In total, switching converter has 8 pins. You should note that the dc dc regulator's usual output current is 500A. The duty cycle of the voltage regulator dc to dc can be set to 50 % on power-up or power-down to ensure reliability.
