MIC826RYMT-T5 Overview
Power management is mounted through 6 terminals. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Cut Tape (CT) model. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. IC management is packaged as a 6-UFDFN Exposed Pad package. As with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. There is a voltage supply of 3V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. 6 pins make up the power management. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 1V for this PMIC. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TJ. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. There is a 20mA supply current present in the power management.
