MP1540DJ-LF-Z Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Cut Tape (CT) package. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 1.3MHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.5V as an input voltage. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 3V volts. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 200mA. There is a maximum input voltage of 6V for this voltage regulator 12v. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 18V volts. To operate the voltage regulator 12v, 5 pins are required. For this switching regulator, we recommend keeping the output voltage at at least 3V volts. DC DC switching regulator is able to operate in an easy way on the basis of the maximal output voltage of 18V. As a result, it is able to provide adjusting voltage regulator a maximum output voltage of 18V. Switching regulators such as this operate from voltages of 6V. Stable operation of switching regulator is possible because of the high operating temperature 85°C limit. Reliability is ensured by operating at -40°C, the DC DC switching regulator's minimum operating temperature. With regard to the input voltage, it is compatible with a minimum voltage of 2.5V. 6V input voltage can be sustained by this voltage regulator 12v.
