PL620-88OC Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tube-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. Clock PLL is embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. There are 16 terminations found in this file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 2.5V. Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 65MHz. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs.
