It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Cut Tape (CT) package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 6 terminations were made. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER type. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-6 package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Fixed outputs through their output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 1MHz. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 2.7V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 2.1V is provided. Listed under the subcategory of Other Analog ICs is this voltage regulator 12v.
