The 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package offers greater flexibility.Tube is the form of the package.This configuration includes 2 drivers.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Through Hole.By using 13V~20V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TA.Non-Inverting is used as its input type.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 600V.
