132-BQFP Bumpered is the package in which FIFO memory chip is contained.This FIFO memory chip is packaged as a Tray .There is a 18K 512 x 36 MB memory on the FIFO chips, which can be used to store both applications and data.Keeping the temperature at 0°C~70°C will ensure reliable operation.Surface Mount is the mounting type of the FIFO memory.To operate, the FIFO products requires a voltage supply of 3V~3.6V .The memory logic belongs to the series 74ALVC .A FIFO's maximum operating supply current of 350μA is available.When the supply voltage is 3.3V , high efficiency is possible.The number of terminations in FIFO means is 132 .It is set to 3.6V volts for the FIFO memory IC's maximum supply voltage.Maintain the supply voltage (Vsup) above 3V for normal operation.
