512-FBGA-packages are available. It is important to note that the Microcontroller has a Surface Mount mounting type. 32-Bit Tri-Core core is the basis for this Microcontroller. This Microcontroller's program memory type is FLASH. Temperatures in the range of -40°C~125°C TA are operated by this Microcontroller. Microcontroller runs in MPC57xx Series. Microcontroller has abundant program memory size of 8.64MB 8M x 8. MCU is powered by e200z7 Core Processor. This Microcontroller belongs to the MICROCONTROLLER, RISC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs type. 512 is the number of terminations on the IC chip that are present. 32-bits are the size of the data that comes with MCU. A 1.325V volt supply is provided by the Microcontroller chip. A total of YES DMA channels are available. This MCU Chip uses NO PWM channels to operate. The clock frequency is 40MHz.
