TC1270ASVRCTR Overview
There are 4 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. There are a total of 1 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of 260. A supply voltage of 3.3V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. When 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. In total, IC powers are 4 pins on the board. This power management has 4 pins. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1V volts. This IC power should be powered by no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). Surface Mount mounting is recommended. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~125°C TA. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 10μA. You can always use TC1270A, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. There is a requirement for 3.3V power to power this power management.
