TC1270SERCTR Overview
This power management consists of 4 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). In this IC power you will find 1 functions for you to refer to. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. Please refer to power management for TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. IC management conducts in a 3.3V-voltage supply. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. There are a total of 4 pins on power management. 4 pins are present on the power management system. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 1.2V for this IC power. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. The power management's supply current is 10μA.
