TC1271ASVRCTR Overview
This power management consists of 4 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. There are TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. The supervisor is always powered by a 3.3V volt supply. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. It has a total of 4 pins that are attached to IC management. This power management system has 4 pins. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 1V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. This IC power should be powered by no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 10μA is the recommended value. You can always use TC1271A, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. The power management must be powered by 3.3V volts to function properly.
