There are 3 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 3V. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. As a subcategory, this PMIC chip can be categorized as Power Management Circuits. It has a total of 3 pins that are attached to IC management. There are 3 pins on the supervisor. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 1V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 5.5V volts in this PMIC. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~125°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. The power management's supply current is 9μA.
