TL497AID Overview
It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. A voltage regulator consists of 14 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of ±1.2V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 500mA Switch output current. The peak reflow temperature of this regulator amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 6V is provided.
