A total of 8 terminals are used to mount this power management. There is a Cut Tape (CT)-packaging method applied to IC management. For your reference, this IC power includes a list of 1 functions. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. IC management conducts at a voltage of 5V.
