TPS3808G01DRVT Overview
This power management consists of 6 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. There are a total of 1 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. IC management is packaged as a 6-WDFN Exposed Pad package. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. Manage ics operate at 3.3V supply voltages. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management. A total of 6 pins are located on this power management. There are 6 pins on the power managment ic. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 1.65V. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 6.5V volts in this IC management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~125°C TJ degrees. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Open Drain or Open Collector. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 2.7μA.
