There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. Operating at -40°C~85°C TA is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 650kHz. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 0.765V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. For operation, voltage regulator provides a nominal input voltage of 12V.
