Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. A voltage regulator consists of 10 terminations. There is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package. 2 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Fixed outputs through their output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 700kHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 0.9V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 2Vin 3.3V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 40mA 20mA output current. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 260 being indestructible. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 1V is provided. DC/DC regulators of this type are part of the TPS60300 family of voltage regulator 12vs. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage is maintain at 3.6V.
