There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Space-saving 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~125°C TJ temperature while operating. There is a switching frequency of 800kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 5V.
