TPS62000QDGSRQ1 Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 10 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~125°C TJ, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 750kHz. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 0.8V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible.
