As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 5 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. Space-saving SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.6V. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 300mA, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 300mA. Its 260 peak reflow temperature makes this regulator essentially indestructible. For operation, switching regulator requires a nominal input voltage of 3.6V. As part of the TPS62240 series of regulators, the voltage regulators can be found. Voltage regulator is capable of giving voltage at 6V volts. For switching regulator operation, 5 pins are used.
