There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package. This harley voltage regulator has 5 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package. A total of 1 outputs are configured in this voltage regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 2.25MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 2V. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 0.6V. The peak reflow temperature of this regulator amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. An input voltage of 3.6V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. TPS62260 is a family of voltage regulators that belong to the DC/DC industry. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can produce is 6V volts. The switching regulator operation is carried out by 5 pins. For this switching regulator, it is recommended that the output voltage is at least 600mV volts. Switching regulator has a maximum output current of 600mA A, which is sufficient to meet the requirements of operation. An output voltage of 6V is provided by this regulator voltage.
