As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 16-LSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 16 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 5V.
