In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-PowerSOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used.There is a package in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).This configuration includes 2 drivers.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.Gate drivers is able to show Gate driverss superiorGate driversy on the basis of a supply voltage of 8V~17V.The gate type on this device is N-Channel MOSFET.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~140°C TJ.Input type of Non-Inverting is used.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.Numerous related parts are available for its base part number UCC27201.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.Devices have 8 pins available.Specification is for 12V supply voltage operation.There is a maximum output current of 3mA that can be achieved.Mosfet driver includes a number of useful electronic components in Mosfet drivers subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.A board with 8 component pins is available.There can be a voltage up to 120V on the high-side (Bootstrap).Mosfet gate drivers supports a current output of 3A.Using 2.7W as an example, the maximum power dissipation shows how well it is able to transfer and conduct power loss without becoming overheated.In order to ensure greater stability, it is recommended to keep the supply current at 5.5mA.In order to operate properly, the operating supply voltage should be set to 12V.A gate driver in this series is included in the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series.By increasing the frequency of 1GHz, efficiency can be improved.
