8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) is used in this package.Packaging for the external use of Tube.-40°C~85°C license holder.OTP is the program that allows it to be programmed.FPGA is powered by a voltage which is 3V~3.6V volts, and this voltage is the voltage from which the generator is powered.There is a memory device mounted in Through Hole position for this device.Currently, data storage can only store data up to 65kb bytes.You can search "XC1765EL" for other related parts.FPGA reuqires a supply voltage of 3.3V.With different functions, 8 terminations can be used.FPGA is possible to use this memory device at a maximum voltage of 3.6V.It is necessary to supply the device with a minimum voltage of 3V.An CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip.The temperature should be kept below 225 in reflow soldering.FPGA has pins on the 8 axis.SERIAL-processing is used to transmit data through this memory using the SERIAL-processing algorithm.The memory chip operates at a voltage of no more than 0.005mA.There is a set of 8 pins that are included with the part.I would like to mention that this is a memory IC that will be able to work at a 2.5MHz frequency, so I will mention that.In the memory, the I/O configuration has been set to COMMON.A power supply that is rated at 3.3V is recommended for use with this product.In order to better serve the needs, USED FOR STORING THE CONFIGURATION BITSTREAMS OF XILINX FPGAS is included.
