XMC4200Q48K256ABXUMA1 Overview
There is a 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package available to save space. Mounted using Surface Mount. It is available in the Cut Tape (CT) package. The device runs in ARM? Cortex?-M4 core processor. Work should be done at -40°C~125°C TA. In terms of its program memory type, it is FLASH. A total of 21 I/Os are present. A QUAD position is assigned to its terminals. In this case, there are 48 terminationals. The XMC4000 series contains this electrical component. Because of the 1.3V voltage of the supply, high efficiency can be achieved.
