The 64-LQFP package is the most cost-effective.There are 4, QUART channels used for transmission.As far as packaging is concerned, Tray is used.The type SERIAL IO/COMMUNICATION CONTROLLER, SERIAL is used to identify the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs on the board.The configuration uses 64 terminations.For its operation, a voltage of 3.3V is provided as the supply voltage.At present, this electronic part has a status of Active.In order to communicate data, there are 4 serial I/Os.Mounting is done through Surface Mount.In order for it to operate, a voltage of 2.25V~3.6V must be applied.There is 64MHz clock frequency measured on this IC.There are some characteristics of Internal Oscillator, Timer/Counter that are present in it.UART can operate at a maximum temperature of 85°C.Furthermore, it was shown to be capable of performing ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V SUPPLY @ 50MHZ.In order to operate, the device must be kept at a minimum temperature of -40°C.
