Z8018006FSG Overview
The microprocessor is convenient for international shipping since it is packaged in 80-BQFP. High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced packaging method Tray. 1 Core 8-Bit cores/Bus width are present in the CPU. Understand the operating temperature around 0°C~70°C TA. This is part of the Z180 series. Z80180 processors are embedded in this CPU. It has DRAM RAM controllers. Microprocessors with ASCI, CSIO, UART interfaces are designed to serve users better. At 5.0V, the CPU runs its I/O. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs are a MICROCONTROLLER. There are 80 terminations totally. Using a 5V voltage supply, the microprocessor should turn on and run. It has a 8-Bit architecture. CPUs operate with a frequency of 6MHz Hz. You can find information about the functions of 80 pins in the datasheets. The bandwidth required to transfer data is 8b. Embedded microprocessor bodies have 80 pins injected into them. This CPU is widely used in many applications because of its Surface Mount mount. The micro processor can function from 5V. The CPU core voltage is 5V. A 64kB amount of RAM (Random-Access Memory) is designed. CPU voltages cannot exceed 40mA. Counters 2 indicate how busy the CPU is. Hardware interrupts have been handled with 4 external interrupt terminations. 3 serial I/Os are set to communicate datas between peripherals. To program DMA (Direct Memory Access), 2 channels are used.
