Z8018010PEG Overview
The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 64-DIP (0.750, 19.05mm), making it easy to ship internationally. High reliability is provided by the advanced packaging method Tube. 1 Core 8-Bit cores/Bus width are present in the CPU. Recognize operating temperatures around -40°C~100°C TA. This is a member of the Z180 series. Core-wise, this CPU has a Z80180 processor. There are DRAM RAM controllers used by this CPU. This microprocessor has ASCI, CSIO, UART interfaces to serve you better. At 5.0V, the CPU runs its I/O. The type MICROCONTROLLER belongs to uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. A total of 64 terminations have been recorded. In the case of a 5V voltage supply, the embedded microprocessor should be turned on and run. There are 8 bits in its architecture. At 10MHz, the CPU operates. For information about 64 pins, please refer to the datasheet. To transfer data, there is a bandwidth of 8b. Injecting pins into the embedded microprocessor body results in 64 pins. With the Through Hole mounted, this CPU is widely used in a wide range of applications. In order to function, the embedded microprocessor must be set to 5V. There is 5V voltage present in the CPU core. In this case, the amount of RAM (Random-Access Memory) is set to 64kB. You can supply voltage 60mA higher than 60mA to the CPU. To determine the CPU's efficiency, 2 counters are used. Hardware interrupts have been handled with 4 external interrupt terminations. Data is received between peripherals by 3 serial I/Os. To program DMA (Direct Memory Access), 2 channels are used.
