A80960JD3V66 Overview

In this case, the CPU should reach 66MHz as its top frequency. In this case, 3.3V is the starting point. The CPU core voltage is 3V. The embedded microprocessor should not be supplied with a voltage higher than 3.45V. A voltage of 3.15V is recommended for feeding the embedded microprocessor.
