Packed in 515-VFBGA, FCBGA, the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced packaging method Tray. A total of LPDDR RAM controllers are used by this CPU. This microprocessor features interfaces HDQ/1-Wire, I2C, McBSP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART. In this CPU, I/O is set to 1.8V 3.0V. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. Use OMAP3525 to search for variants of the cpu microprocessor. In total, 515 terminations have been made.
