Packed in 256-BGA, the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. Using advanced packaging techniques Tray, high reliability is ensured. CPUs have 1 Core 32-Bit cores/bus width. Understand the operating temperature around -40°C~90°C TJ. The Sitara? series contains it. A ARM926EJ-S processor powers this CPU. SDRAM RAM controllers are used by this CPU. This microprocessor has I2C, McASP, SPI, MMC/SD, UART interfaces to serve you better. In this CPU, I/O is set to 1.8V 3.3V. Use AM1707 to search for variants of the cpu microprocessor. To date, there have been 256 terminations. The microprocessor should be turned on and run with a voltage supply of 1.2V volts. An architecture based on 32 bits is used.
