The embedded microprocessor has been packed in 538-LFBGA, FCBGA for convenient overseas shipping. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging methods Tape & Reel (TR). Cores/Bus width of the CPU is 1 Core 32-Bit . Obtain a basic understanding of operating temperature around 0°C. This is a member of the Sitara? series. The CPU is cored with a ARM? Cortex?-A15 processor. A CPU with this architecture uses DDR3, DDR3L RAM controllers. With its CAN, HDQ/1-Wire, I2C, McASP, MMC/SD/SDIO, QSPI, SPI, SD/SDIO, UART interfaces, this microprocessor will be able to serve you better. There is 1.35V 1.5V 1.8V 3.3V I/O running on this CPU. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. Search AM5708 for variants of the embedded microprocessor. A total of 538 terminations have been recorded. A 1.15V voltage supply should be used to turn on and run the cpu microprocessor. It can supply a maximum current of 1.2V. With a 32 external data bus width, this CPU has a wide data bus. CPU microprocessors with a clock frequency of 38.4MHz are used.
