A SAM9N series item. A ARM926EJ-S processor powers this CPU. It has LPDDR, LPDDR2, DDR2, SDR, SRAM RAM controllers. Featuring EBI/EMI, I2C, MMC/SD/SDIO, SPI, SSC, UART/USART interfaces, this microprocessor can better serve you. As far as I/O is concerned, this CPU runs at 1.8V 3.3V. The type MICROPROCESSOR, RISC belongs to uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. The microprocessor can be searched for with AT91SAM9N12 if you are looking for variants. A total of 217 terminations have been recorded. The architecture of the microprocessor is 32-bit. A 400MHz frequency is used by the CPU. For functions of 217 pins, please refer to the datasheets.
