DG308BDJ Overview
The electronic component is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. This analog switch is mounted in Through Hole. 1:1 is the ratio of multiplexer to demultiplexer circuits. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~85°C TA. In total, there have been 16 terminations. There should be 4V voltage fed to the electrical part below 4V. A digital multiplexer may suffer damage if voltage is applied above 1μA. If put voltage greater than 22V on the multiplexer, damage may be caused to the device. A dual power supply should have at least 4V voltage attached. This analog switch ic utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT output. Among the inputs that can be operated are the 4 inputs. Drain to Source resistance is 85Ohm.
