DG403DY-T1-E3 Overview
Presented in 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), this electrical component is convenient for overseas shipping. This high-reliability packaging method uses advanced packaging methods Tape & Reel (TR). In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a number of circuits 1:1. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. There are 16 terminations totally. As part of its design, the 16 series is equipped with this electronic component. Unlike digital switches, these are based on SPST - NO/NC switching circuits. A total of 2 circuits make up this switch device. Try searching for DG403 variants of the analog switch ic. In this multiplexer, the internal resistance is 55Ohm. For details about the functions of 16 pins, please refer to the datasheets. It is a typical Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer. Users should never supply a voltage higher than 36V to a switch device. An effective Dual, Single supply digital multiplexer. 13V is the lowest voltage the electrical component should receive. The analogue multiplexer could operate on 5μA current. A voltage higher than 1μA may cause damage to the switch multiplexer. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer. But it should not go beyond 22V. If you are using a dual power supply, you should attach at least 7V. The electronic component can function from 15V. Resistivity from Drain to Source is 35Ohm for this electronic part. 4 outputs are included in the analogue multiplexer.
