DG445BDY-E3 Overview
Due to its 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. A switch device like this is mounted in Surface Mount. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature. It is injected into the electrical part body with 16 pins. These analog multiplexers are built based on SPST - NO switching circuits. This switch device is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. Multiplexers should not be powered above 36V in normal situations. Analogue multiplexers of the Dual, Single supply type that are cost-effective. It is recommended to use 13V as the lowest voltage for the electrical part. It would be sufficient to run this analogue multiplexer with 5μA current. Putting voltage greater than 1μA on the multiplexer may cause damage. Dual supply volatge is feasible for this multiplexer. But it should not go beyond 22V. A dual power supply should have at least 7V voltage attached. The analog switch ic utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs in total. Operating the 4 inputs requires 4 inputs.
