DG613AEN-T1-E4 Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient due to the electrical component's packing in 16-WFQFN. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. 1:1 is the number of circuits in the multiplexer and demultiplexer. Operational temperature extended around -40°C~125°C TA. A electrical component with 4 channels is capable of high-quality output. On the other hand, analog switches can be constructed using SPST - NO/NC switching circuits. This multiplexer is composed of 4 circuits. Look for analog switch ic variants by searching with DG613. Analog switches have 72Ohm internal resistance. Please refer to the datasheets for 16 pins functions. normally, users should not supply switches with voltages higher than 12V. The analog switch ic is of the Dual, Single supply type and is cost-effective. The lowest voltage the electronic part should receive is 2.7V. An operating current of 1μA would be sufficient for this switch device. When the digital multiplexer is charged above 100μA, damage can occur. For this switch, a dual supply voltage is feasible, but it must not exceed 5VIn the case of dual power supplies, you should connect at least 2.7V. Operating the 4 inputs requires 4 inputs. During operation, the multiplexer should not be exposed to a temperature above 125°C. In this digital multiplexer, there are 4 outputs. It is offered by suppliers in package 16-miniQFN (1.8x2.6).
