DG642DJ Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). The advanced packaging method Tube provides high reliability. In Through Hole, this analog switch is mounted. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 2:1. Around -40°C~85°C TA is the extended operating temperature. There are 8 terminations totally. As part of the design of the 8 series, this electronic part has been incorporated into the system. A SPDT switching circuit is used for these analog switches. This digital multiplexer has 8Ohm internal resistance. For functions related to 8 pins, please refer to the datasheets.
