Packed in 16-VQFN Exposed Pad, the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. A switch device like this is mounted in Surface Mount. 4:1 is the number of circuits in the multiplexer and demultiplexer. Operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA extended.
