The HUF75652G3 N-Channel Power MOSFET is rated at 100 V, 75 A. This device has an extremely low on-resistance of 8 mΩ and is suitable for servers and workstations' AC-DC power supply. With a broad operating temperature, this device is capable to perform high-speed switching in harsh environments.
