As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. There are 7 terminations in this voltage regulator. Through Hole-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 100kHz~200kHz. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 3A Switch output current.
