As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. A voltage regulator consists of 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Through Hole bracket. Operating at -40°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. As a result of the 500mA output current, voltage regulator offers maximum flexibility in design. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 60V. The voltage regulator 12v is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 12V for operation. There is a subcategory called Switching Regulator or Controllers that includes this voltage regulator.
