It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tube package. This harley voltage regulator has 16 terminations. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 300kHz 700kHz. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 1.35A Switch output current. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 40V. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible.
