MIC2185BM-TR Overview
In the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. This dc control operates at 2.9V~14V and has a 2.9V~14V supply voltage. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 400kHz. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount.
