MIC38C43AYM-TR Overview
In the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 7.6V~20V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~85°C TA is the -40°C~85°C TArm. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 500kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount.
