STG3699BVTR Overview
This electronic part is conveniently packaged in 16-UFQFN, making it easy to ship abroad. Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 2:1. Operating temperature extended to -55°C~125°C TA. Total terminations are 16. Due to its 1 channels, the electrical component produces high-quality output. An 1.8V voltage supply should allow the electrical part to be turned on and run. Into the electrical component body are injected 16 pins. SPDT switching circuits are used in these analog switch ics. Try searching for the analog switch ic with STG3699 if you are looking for variants. Analog switches have 500mOhm internal resistance. To find out what the functions of 16 pins are, please refer to their datasheets. The analog multiplexer shown here is a typical Multiplexer or Switches. Users shouldn't supply more than 4.3V voltage to the switch device. Analog switch ics with Single supply type are cost-effective. 1.65V is the lowest voltage that should be fed to the electronic electronic part. This digital switch can be operated with a current of 50nA. A voltage of 1.65V~4.3V is required for this switch device, which drains from a single voltage source.
