For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 6 terminations. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the BATTERY CHARGE CONTROLLER type. There is a 6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363 package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. Regulator 0.7V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 0.7V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 160mA Switch. 260 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 1.2V to meet the operation requirements. DC/DC regulators of this type are part of the TLV61224 family of voltage regulator 12vs. Voltage can be produced at 3V volts by voltage regulator. 6 pins are used for switching regulator operation. Using this voltage regulator 12v, you will be able to get the maximum output voltage of 3V. Without external influences, harley voltage regulator consumes 5μAA of quiescent current. Improved reliability can be reali2MHzed based on the voltage regulator'switching frequency of 2MHz.
