Transformers

Transformers are electronic components that are used to transfer electrical energy from one circuit to another through electromagnetic induction. They consist of two coils of wire, known as the primary and secondary windings, which are wrapped around a magnetic core. When an alternating current is passed through the primary winding, it creates a magnetic field that induces a voltage in the secondary winding.
