ATSAMA5D26C-CUR Overview
The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 289-LFBGA, making it easy to ship internationally. High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Cut Tape (CT). A CPU with 1 Core 32-Bit cores and width 1 Core 32-Bit busses is used. Be aware of the operating temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. A SAMA5D2 series item. This CPU is cored with a ARM? Cortex?-A5 processor. A total of LPDDR1, LPDDR2, LPDDR3, DDR2, DDR3, DDR3L, QSPI RAM controllers are used by this CPU. This microprocessor features interfaces I2C, SMC, SPI, UART, USART, QSPI. 3.3V is the CPU's I/O address. The type MICROPROCESSOR, RISC belongs to uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs. Use ATSAMA5D26 to search for variants of the cpu microprocessor. Total terminations are 289. Turn on the cpu microprocessor and let it run with a 1.2V voltage supply.
